We want to get involved in efforts to deal with the Covid-19 epidemic by supplying our expertise in purchasing and supply chain management to respond to emergency health situations.

This approach is completely voluntary and non-commercial. We provide volunteer consultants to help your purchasing and logistics departments.

Actions to assist your purchasing and supply chain departments

We offer free support from volunteer consultants in three main areas: Sourcing / Operational support / Control

SOURCING

Identification and selection of operators who can fulfil urgent requirements (masks, gloves, bags with a water-soluble opening, ventilator tubes, etc.) in order to limit logistical issues.

OPERATIONAL SUPPORT

Helping your departments with crisis management

  • Purchasing: researching requirements and processing demand through to payment authorisation
  • Logistics: tracking deliveries, forecast management, prioritising stocks, etc.

CONTROL

  • Global monitoring of demand with standardisation of requirements and allocations
  • Organisation of suppliers
  • Management of risks and priorities
